Is there a way to attain the one true plug yet?

So I've got the newest version of this game. however, I can't get past the Halloween special. Whenever I and Hugo are going back on the train after defeating Wingo it ends and says see you in the next update. However, there's been a new update already so what do I do? I don't really want to restart the whole game again if possible. 

how do you get barrel to come back to the bar? i used to have him but then he disappeared and only shows up at the camp.

well I mean is there any way to get them up to 10 so that I could get the bad ending for the lizard tribe. I really don’t feel like restarting over 

How do you increase the warriors and acolytes lust to 10?
